306 West is located in the heart of downtown Madison just two blocks from Capitol Square. The building is a newly constructed 172-unit, upscale, residential apartment community and the final phase of the award-winning Capitol West Master Development.

Rising 11 stories, 306 West features striking views of Madison’s isthmus, lakes, and the University of Wisconsin Campus.

The clean, modern, aesthetic incorporates expansive windows, balconies, rooftop patios and private community terraces for residents and their guests. The structure steps back as it rises and provides cantilevered bays to create an undulating façade: one that allows for a play on light and architectural shapes. The materials palette for the exterior consists of painted steel, solar glazed glass and masonry. Interior style compliments the exterior design’s clean, modern palette. Various floor plans are available: all apartments feature 9’ ceilings and expansive glass for day lighting and views, and condominium level finishes.
