Tech Buildings I & II

The first buildings constructed at the Novation Campus Master Development, Tech Buildings I and II represent a unique harmony between Flex and Class “A” Office space types. Designed with the intention of setting the tone for the design themes throughout the campus, Tech buildings I and II embrace a forward looking, modern design.

The structures appropriately address with street with two story frontal section ideal of Class “A” Office use, while the rear section of the buildings, which feature 20 foot clear ceiling heights and bay doors, are hidden from view and well suited to light industry or lab space.
