The Alexander Company and Tukka Properties continued their partnership to create Eagle Court – a complimentary addition to the Eagle Point Senior Living Campus along the Fox River. Knowing the market trend in senior housing has been moving towards a campus approach that provides opportunities for seniors to age in place, the addition of memory care was a natural fit for the campus.

Again, fronting the Fox River, Eagle Court was designed to maximize water views and create bright, airy spaces for residents to enjoy. Building design further incorporated industry best practices to provide a fulfilling experience for residents, including thoughtfully-planned spaces for activities as well as cutting-edge technology.
