780 Regent Street

780 Regent Street was designed for the University of Wisconsin in the Collegiate-Gothic style. As with the other buildings in the Madison Rail Corridor Master Development, underground parking, ample surface parking, a strong street presence, and modern amenities were incorporated into the design.

Tax Incremental Financing was awarded by the City of Madison to serve as both a good investment for the city and to keep the jobs and commerce generated by the UW System in downtown Madison.
