Designed to incorporate details reminiscent of the Art Deco period, 700 Regent Street was the fifth stage of the Rail Corridor Master Development in downtown Madison, Wisconsin.

The first of three buildings constructed solely for office use, 700 Regent Street combines an ideal office location with modern amenities, high square footage to parking ratios, and a distinguished style.

As a financial means of creating the structure, Tax Incremental Financing was awarded by the city to help in the clean-up and overall revitalization of the site.
