Riverhavn

In a public-private partnership with the Stoughton Redevelopment Authority, Riverhavn will be delivered in two phases with up to 250 apartments total, with the first phase delivering 122 apartment homes in 2027. Situated along the Yahara River across from Mandt Park, Riverhavn will be designed as a modern community that celebrates Stoughton’s Nordic heritage, expands housing choice, and strengthens riverfront access.
