A well-known marketing communications firm is moving from its longtime east side Milwaukee location to Brewers Hill.
Mueller Communications LLC will lease more than 8,200 square feet on the ground floor of the historic Milwaukee Fortress Building, 1726 N. 1st St., the firm announced Monday.
Mueller Communications is moving there in early 2022 from 1749 N. Prospect Ave.
“The new office space, which will be built out to our specifications, will be a smart, intentional and modern use of space,” said Lori Richards, Mueller Communications co-chief executive officer.
“As the agency continues to evolve, the space enables amenity and technology updates that will allow us to continue to attract and retain the best and brightest communications and marketing professionals,” she said in a statement.
Mueller Communications, with nearly 30 employees, has outgrown its current office space — a renovated former mansion where it has been located for more than 15 years.
“Our goal was to find a space that met the needs of our current and future workforce and that reflects who we are as an organization,” said James Madlom, co-CEO.
“The Fortress is in the heart of Milwaukee,” he said. “It is a historic redevelopment project and it instantly felt like the right place to continue to grow the business.”
