Project Cost
Constructed in 1911, the 219,000 square foot high school was reinvented into 106 apartments, each with a unique floor plan boasting original features.
A gymnasium still bears the original painted floor lines in one apartment. Another features a sunken living room, the remnant of an indoor pool with depth markings intact. Others still hold the old classroom chalkboards, waiting for a new session to begin.
