With over 10 years of experience in the real estate management and development field, Nic manages all aspects of the entire Alexander Company commercial property portfolio – over 1,000,000 square feet. His duties include operations oversight, management of third party contractors, marketing, tenant relations, and lease and accounting review. In addition to his duties in commercial property operations, Nic is involved in the day-to-day operations and governance of the company as a whole.
