Jake Fleischman

Jake joined The Alexander Company as the company’s Real Estate Development Analyst in August of 2024. His daily tasks vary based on the project and project team’s needs, running the gambit of providing market analysis, underwriting, tax credit applications, financial compliance and analysis, design review, entitlements, meeting with stakeholders, and any other necessary tasks.

Jake is excited to continue his growth at The Alexander Company and contribute to the company’s legacy of producing consequential and catalytic developments that create meaningful spaces for diverse communities.
