Named after its original architect, the restoration of the Historic Das Kronenberg is comprised of 46 apartment residences in what was originally a shoe factory and warehouse. The project also includes interior parking in an adjacent building. The expansive windows and rooftop garden afford views to two area lakes and the State Capitol Building.

This project was part of the larger Marketplace Master Development, which included the Dayton Row Townhomes and the Historic City Market Apartments. The Master Development represents a union of historic preservation and new construction, which in conjunction provide a variety of housing options.
