Cayuga Court was designed to provide a gateway into Middleton from Madison’s Beltline. The design is clean and planned in such a way as to be pedestrian friendly and inviting, thus creating a downtown atmosphere where there was none previously.

Cayuga Court’s ideal location supports the surrounding neighborhood and community with convenient retail and offices, and was part of the Downtown Middleton Master Development.
