The National Trust for Historic Preservation’s PastForward conference will bring nearly 1,200 attendees to Denver on October 10-12. Denver and its historic preservation story will be on display prominently throughout PastForward.
Jonathan Beck, development project manager at The Alexander Company, will be providing success stories on how historic tax credits have been blended with affordable housing to benefit communities nationwide. Jon’s session is titled Historic and Affordable: Tax Credit Success and is taking place Friday, October 11th, at 4:45pm.
Core conference programming will take place at the Sheraton Downtown, the Welcome Reception at the iconic Union Station, and the closing event at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Attendees will include historic preservationists, architects, city planners, mayors, developers, public- and private-sector professionals, students, and scholars. The conference is the nation’s foremost educational and networking event for those in the business of saving places.
