Jonathan Beck, Development Project Manager at The Alexander Company, is scheduled to speak at the Tenth Annual Local History and Historic Preservation Conference hosted by the Wisconsin Historical Society.
As a key contributor to the rehabilitation of the Al. Ringling Theatre, Jon Beck will educate the attendees as to how a non-profits can use federal and state rehabilitation tax credits to help offset the costs of a project. Attendees may also join in a behind the scenes tour of the Al. Ringling Theatre restoration.
