Most of the details have been finalized, and construction is expected to begin in the third quarter on the Triad’s next former mill facility to be transformed into an apartment community.

Printworks Mill, developed from the former Proximity Printworks Mill facility a short distance across Yanceyville Street from Revolution Mill in Greensboro, will offer 217 unique, mostly “affordable” apartments surrounded by outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool, a landscaped courtyard with grilling area, “tot lots” and park spaces with gazebos. Pets will be allowed.

Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2020.
