Jennifer Derr

Jennifer brings more than 25 years of affordable housing experience to The Alexander Company, having held a wide range of positions, from Leasing Specialist to Housing Director. As Director of Compliance, she draws on her extensive knowledge of complex funding programs to ensure properties meet all requirements for tax credit and HUD financing. She oversees all aspects of affordable housing compliance for the company’s growing real estate portfolio, including training and managing the compliance team, overseeing regulatory reporting, and coordinating with agencies, owners, and investors nationwide.
