Marlie Russell

Marlie joined the Alexander Company in early 2025, bringing a diverse background in human resources, finance, manufacturing, and logistics. As the company’s HR Generalist, she supports recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, policy development, and FMLA/leave of absence management across multiple states. Outside of work she likes to spend time traveling and going on road trips with her husband and daughter and also hanging out with family and friends.
