Two multi-family residential developments in former Cone Mills facilities in the Triad are moving toward completion.
The Lofts on Haw River (formerly known as Granite Mill) on the banks of the Haw River in the town of the same name, and Printworks Mill in the former textile dying plant off Yanceyville Street in Greensboro have targeted summer openings.
