
Jonathan Beck
Development Project Manager
Jonathan is responsible for new project development and the coordination of all aspects of the development process in projects across the United States. His responsibilities include analyzing prospective developments and feasibility, structuring complex financial tax credit investments, working with numerous community development programs, negotiating investment and loan terms, coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders, negotiating the acquisition and disposition of assets, performing due diligence, and reviewing legal documents.
He has extensive experience working with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits, and New Markets Tax Credits. His experience includes positions at a national LIHTC syndicator, National Trust Community Investment Corporation, and Baker Tilly Virchow Krause. He has been a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences including the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Past Forward Conference, National Park Service Listening Sessions, and the Advisory Council of Historic Preservation’s Leveraging Workgroup.
