APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – A proposal to build a senior housing complex at the site of the former Foremost diary plant near downtown Appleton–was the focus of a neighborhood meeting on Monday night.
The property is along the Fox River– at the very end of East John Street.
What’s been a huge green space since the city of Appleton tore down the former Foremost Dairy plant could change–if developers of a 98 unit senior housing complex, called “Eagle Point,” get the green light to proceed from the city council.
